Unlike the average person, your dance training schedule (and therefore your energy needs) can look completely different from one day to the next. A one-hour class, a four-hour rehearsal, a rest day, and a nine-hour audition all place very different energy demands on your body. So why would the exact same nutrition plan and calorie goals work for every single day?
