A big focus in working with clients is supporting optimal health from a functional lens. Many of my clients have struggled with chronic health issues including hypothyroidism, PCOS, digestive issues, POTS, Lymes disease, and more.

We combine a mix of nutrition, lab testing, and lifestyle strategies to create a custom plan to improve symptoms and support your overall health.

How Coaching Works

  • You fill out intake forms (food journal, health history, symptom questionnaire)

  • I review your forms and relevant lab work (if applicable), then meet for a 75 minute initial session to understand your exact goals and challenges

  • After our initial session, you’ll receive notes with next steps and action items to implement right away

Step 1 → Initial AssessmenT

  • We’ll meet every week (30 minute video calls) to see what’s working, what challenges you’re facing, and what new strategies we want to implement

  • This is where the coaching and mentoring part really comes in! Weekly check-ins are your chance to ask questions, learn, and adjust

Step 2 → Weekly Check-ins

  • Between calls, you have unlimited messaging access through your client portal, so you always have support 

  • You may also use a food journal (with pictures!) for feedback, guidance, and accountability

Step 3 → Accountability Between Calls
