One-on-one coaching
Want a nutrition coach that actually understands a dancer’s life? Who knows what it’s like to have dance during dinnertime every night, or how hard it is to eat when you’re nervous, or the struggle of body comparison and staring at yourself in the dance studio mirror?
That’s us. We get you.
Whether you are looking to increase your energy and fuel performance, achieve a weight loss goal that’s actually sustainable, or improve a chronic health condition that keeps getting in the way of your ability to show up how you want to at dance… we can tackle it all!
What We Help With
Building strength and stamina for high-performance training
Creating sustainable eating habits (no more "on track/off track" mindset)
Navigating busy schedules with simple, realistic meal strategies
Recovering from intense rehearsals and late-night practices
Supporting injury recovery and prevention through food
Preparing your body (and your plate) for auditions, performances, and game days
A big focus in working with clients is supporting optimal health from a functional lens. Many of our clients have struggled with chronic health issues including hypothyroidism, PCOS, digestive issues, POTS, Lymes disease, and more. We utilize a mix of nutrition, lab testing, and lifestyle strategies to create a custom plan to improve symptoms and support your overall health.
How Coaching Works
You fill out intake forms (food journal, health history, symptom questionnaire)
We review your forms and relevant lab work (if needed), then meet for a 90 minute initial session to understand your exact goals and challenges
After the initial session, you’ll receive a plan with next steps and action items to implement right away
Step 1 → Initial AssessmenT
We’ll meet every week (30 minute video calls) to see what’s working, what challenges you’re facing, and what new strategies we want to implement
This is where the coaching and mentoring part really comes in! Weekly check-ins are your chance to ask questions, learn, and adjust
Step 2 → Weekly Check-ins
Between calls, you have unlimited messaging access through your client portal, so you always have support
You also will utilize a food journal (with pictures!) for feedback, guidance, and accountability
Step 3 → Accountability Between Calls
If you are a dancer under age 18 or parent of a dancer under age 18, you will work with our pediatric dietitian Dayna Feller (MS, RDN)!
Dayna is a registered dietitian who works specifically with kids. She is also a current NBA dancer, and grew up a competitive dancer–which means she understands the chaos and unique challenges of being a young and busy dancer!
