  • No, the plans are not customized or tailored individually, everyone gets the same weekly meals. However, you can mix and match recipes, swap ingredients, or adjust portion sizes to fit your needs.

  • Most meals are naturally balanced and flexible. Some recipes may fit certain dietary needs, but they aren’t designed for specific restrictions. Most meals and recipes do include animal protein.

  • No! While the plans are inspired by dancer-friendly nutrition, anyone who wants to eat balanced, energizing meals can join.

  • No, information regarding calories, macronutrient, and micronutrient breakdown is not included. Meals are balanced following the Performance Plate method, with protein, carbohydrates, color (fruits and veggies), and fats in each.

  • All recipes use common grocery store ingredients and minimal equipment, nothing fancy or hard to find.

  • Plans are emailed every Friday by 5pm EST so you can use the weekend to plan your grocery shopping and meal prep for the week ahead.

  • Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, no questions asked. Please email me at ally@eatingwithal.com if you have any billing issues.
