Fall 2025 Training Program

The 2nd iteration of Eating With Al’s signature Pro Dance Training Program, the Fall 2025 cohort is a hybrid of 1-on-1 and group coaching in 3 of the most important areas for showing up as your absolute best at your next pro dance audition: nutrition, fitness, AND dance!

This program is for dancers who are SERIOUS about putting in the work–in all 3 categories–to make their dream team next audition season.

We are looking for dancers who have either (1) auditioned for team(s) in the past and did not make it, or (2) are coming from a college dance team.

*The program runs from September 28th to December 20th 2025 (exactly 12 weeks). Registration closes Friday September 26th at 11:59pm EST.

We are capping at 6 dancers to make sure everyone gets the best individualized dance training and nutrition coaching possible!

I’ve coached 60+ dancers prepping for NFL cheer and NBA auditions, and I have seen what works!

I’ve also seen what doesn’t work, and the biggest mistakes dancers make year after year…

Program Details

#1 - Nutrition Coaching

  • 90 minute 1-on-1 initial consult call with Ally + customized plan to follow

  • 5 biweekly video check-ins with Ally (30 minutes each)

  • 60 minute group coaching call each month (3 total)

  • Daily food journaling (you upload pictures, we review on our check-in calls)

  • 24/7 messaging support access to me through our app

  • BAND group to connect with other program dancers!

#2 - Dance Training

  • Biweekly 1 hour privates (6 total; $450 value)

    • Private lessons are tailored to what YOU specifically need to work on; you will get a written training plan with clearly defined goals & objectives

  • Monthly group class (3 total; $75 value) 

    • One class in each style: pro style jazz, pom, hip hop

    • Exact dates for each monthly group class are TBD, we will vote at the beginning of each month to ensure highest attendance

    • NEW this round: former NBA dancers & NFL cheerleaders as guest instructors!

#3 - Workouts

  • 3 required cross-training workouts per week designed to increase strength, stamina, and power for dance

    • Lower body strength

    • Upper body strength

    • Cardio/sprints and core

  • Different programming options depending on your experience level and gym/equipment access
