Eating With Al's winter 2026 Audition Prep Training Program covers the 3 most important areas for showing up successfully at pro dance auditions (NFL, NBA, NHL) that actually prepare you to be on a team: nutrition, fitness, and dance.
This program is for dancers who are SERIOUS about putting in the work–in all 3 categories–to make their dream team this 2026 audition season.
We are looking for dancers who have either (1) auditioned for team(s) in the past and did not make it, or (2) are coming from high school or college dance.

It’s not just about dance—your body and fitness matter, too. But, you also have to be a strong dancer. Dance has evolved so much in the past few years, and gone are the days when you can skate by on looks alone.

Program Details
You have 2 tiered options to choose from…
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE
Ideal for the dancer who is auditioning for the first time this year, this option includes group support only.
What’s included:
60 minute 1-on-1 initial consult + custom nutrition game plan
3 group nutrition coaching calls
3 group dance classes (pom, pro style jazz, and hip hop) + written feedback
Weekly check-in form + feedback from Ally
Access to daily food journaling for accountability
Weekly workout plan (3 per week of strength & conditioning)
Community platform + direct messaging with Ally
Investment: 3 monthly payments of $245
ADVANCED
Ideal for the dancer who has auditioned before, this option includes all group calls PLUS 1-on-1 nutrition & dance coaching.
What’s included:
Everything in the BEG/INT tier, PLUS…
3 follow up 1-on-1 nutrition calls (30 minutes each, scheduled as needed)
4 private dance lessons tailored to exactly what you need to work on (bi-weekly, 1 hour each)
Investment: 3 monthly payments of $410
